Resumo
Compensatory measures, environmental impact assessment. An analysis of the national and international experience in the implementation of compensatory measures has been made, with special attention to those who require the acquisition or land management. As a result of this analysis, some conclusions have been obtained, which are the basis for a series of proposals for the implemen-tation and regulation of this type of measures
