Abstract

Resilience, unlike what is normally perceived, is not an extraordinary event. Resilience appears very often among people who are living in situations of exclusion, risk or adversity, allowing these people the normalization of their situations. Defined from Positive Psychology, we consider that Resilience can provide valuable information to work on prevention and intervention in situations of adversity, risk or exclusion.
