Abstract

Heart failure is a common cause of consultation in the Emergency Department. Any professional working in them should be familiar with the management of this condition. Establish the diagnosis and define the clinical profile of patients will help us to further handling and choice of the patient's location. We should note that this is a serious condition but with very good response to treatment in most cases, so that early introduction of it should be a priority in the management of these patients.
