Zusammenfassung

This paper analyzes the corporate communication of the companies in the IBEX 35 through their Web portals. The results shows proper management of corporate communication on the internet, with special attention to investors, but have certain deficiencies that could be corrected. Thus, it should be noted that all organizations surveyed have a specific space for corporate communication in a prominent place on the website. In addition, also had specific sections for Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Information. Concerning exposure of information text type, in general it can be said a good performance in the sections on history, RSC, biographies and financial reporting, and an improvable performance in the presence of values and mission - considered strictly- and the managing an event calendar. The image also has a good overall treatment when it comes to buildings and executives. Logos, when they appear, are located more frequently in the press room section. Finally, the use of video on the website also recorded a good general treatment.
