Dental attrition is a frequent manifestation within the sequels that the bruxism originates in the stomatognathic apparatus. In advanced cases, coronary destruction can reach a great severity. There are many fixed prosthetic total rehabilitation systematics. In the present work one is considered within reach of any prosthodontist, that does not demand fully adjustable articulator. The objective of this work is to determine a clinical systematics in order to rehabilitate these patients. A series of treatment guidelines sets out beginning with the location of the real hinge axis and mounting casts in semiadjustable articulator. Later, an occlusal splint with tentative increase of vertical dimension is made and verified this one, a diagnostic and work wax-up is elaborated. For the accomplishment of temporary restorations two antero-inferiors jigs are made, that also will help later the dental preparations. Then, working casts are mounted in semiadjustable articulator with terminal hinge axis location. Next the works of laboratory are made doing tests in the patient with the restorations in metal and in bisque bake ceramics. lt is ended up coming to the remounting, occlusal adjustment, glazing and luting of the restorations. Finally a superior oclusal splint protection is made.
