Résumé
The nullity of full right of the contract of gestation by substitution of the article 10 of the law 14/2006 TRHA is integrated into the Spanish international public order, is for that reason that the TS denies the inscription of filiation protected in that contract, which does not prevent the defense of the minor’s interest and his right filiation. The contract violates the dignity of the person, commercializes and dehumanizes the human life. The European Parliament rejects its legalization.
