Resumo

This article analyzes, from a practical point of view and, as an example, a video game, the conditions of service that have the applications that people install, with assiduity, in our mobile devices. It is intended to exemplify, with a specific case, the Pokémon Go applica tion, conditions of service, very particular and specific and in many cases totally abusive conditions. The ultimate purpose of this analysis is to make the reader aware of the importance of reading the conditions of a service when we download and use it on the mobile device: mobile phone, tablet, etc.
