Abstract

We review 25 eyes of 22 patients operated on of combined E.E.C.C. and trabeculectomy, using one-incision technique in 17 cases and double-incision technique in 8 cases. In 10 cases (40%) and I.O.L. was implanted. Mean age was 71.96±8.35 years. Mean inicial I.O.P. was 29.0±6.94 mmHg. 52% were on maximun medical tolerated therapy. Postoperatory I.O.P. was under 20 mmHg. in 92%, bieng the mea n I.O.P. 15.94±4.20 mmHg. Ninety-two per cent required one or no medications. Final visual acuity was 0.25 ± 0.32.
