Abstract

The new situation that society faces as a result of the rise of technology is evident in all professional and scientific fields, and especially in the field of communication. The change in the way communications are established, mainly among the youth population, has transformed the work routines of the media and other closely related sectors such as advertising and corporate communication. The demand for new skills, competencies and knowledge, together with the digital transformation that companies, institutions and the Public Administration is undergoing, in addition to the increasing automation of work tasks, is generating many questions about the possible disappearance and appearance of new jobs
