Abstract
The opinion of five strabismus experts is requested in the case of a girl with torticollis, head tilt over left shoulder and face turn to the right. She has been evaluated twice over a six- year period. The five panelists are informed of all the data concerning past history, symptoms and the results of both examinations. They are asked the following questions: 1. Differential diagnosis and definitive diagnosis. 2. Would you perform any other diagnostic or complementary test to confirm the diagnosis or to decide treatment? 3. Given the evolution of the case: Would you carry out any type of treatment? What type? 4. In the case of opting for surgical treatment: a) Which would be your surgical protocol? b) Would any peri-operative data modify your initial approach? The comments of all the panelists are presented, concluding with a final summary.
