Resumen

The concept of derivative functions is introduced in this didactic paper without using limits and through the visualization of the process with the help of GeoGebra. The derivative function of a given function is presented in a constructive way as a geometric locus. It is intended that the student experimentally discover the derivative functions of some usual functions, as well as whether some properties of te functions are inherited by their derivative functions.
