¡Acepta el Reto!Juez Online para Docencia en Español

Abstract

This paper presents ¡Acepta el reto! (Take on the challenge! in Spanish), an online judge that provides programming problems written up in Spanish and created specifically for practising subjects taught in CS degrees and vocational training courses. It contains a repository with more than 300 problems that can be browsed through a set of categories, what eases the task of finding the more suitable problems. Many of them have been designed in such a way that they must be solved using algorithms with not just a time complexity bound, but also with a concrete space complexity, something that is unusual in other online judges. It has been used during the last few years at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, and also in different vocational training centres, reaching out more than 200.000 code submissions since then.
