Zusammenfassung

The European Union, and, the West, should recognize that the evolution of the International System places us at the end of the Multilateral Liberal International Order as we knew it. With the deployment by Russia, and especially by the People's Republic of China, of a strategic environment that develops the concept of ‘Unrestricted Warfare’, the EU should evolve towards a position of great power and admit that there has been a revolution in strategic affairs that renders its former international vision and stance obsolete. More than ever the EU needs a revolution in strategic affairs and deploy a Grand Strategy to face this new International System if it does not want to be doomed to political, economic, cultural, and strategic irrelevance.
