El cambio de paradigma en la respuesta judicial a los conflictos parentales: el coordinador de parentalidad

Abstract

This article analyzes, first of all, the main changes that have occurred in recent years in the judicial response to the conflicts faced by parents in the exercise of their parental responsabilities, which now pays special attention to the post-sentence phase and specifically to the difficult task of supervising the agreed measures. Secondly, we focus our attention into some of the tools that the courts have to carry out this work, such as mediation and supervised visitation services, and, above all, on the recent figure of the parenting coordinator. This new ADR has recently been incorporated into our legal system by jurisprudence, not without difficulties and controversy around its figure.
