Abstract
We must constantly rethink the social work profession, the different types of society that are taking place, functions, objectives, the object of intervention, social policies, ... so that, from the challenges of practice, developing new methodological approaches go in our profession to help us perform social intervention. One of the fundamental work as Workers Social as working with different groups of intervention is to be developing new methodological perspectives from professional experience to find new methods of intervention tailored to the needs of today's modern societies. The aim of this paper is to reflect on a concept that is expanding very quickly in the field of social intervention: resilience, and how to develop in the process of social intervention from professional experiences, for it is necessary to know its importance, its pillars and its processes are being applied in different contexts to reduce the one hand, the risk factors that are affected and, secondly, to develop resilience., The concept of resilience is a relatively new concept in social science and scientific knowledge. This concept is currently being coined in the social sciences. Resilience offers to social work professionals working with different groups the ability to find and develop strategies for coping with new life situations today. Highlight the dynamic and interactive process that provides resilience / professional as intervention strategies that promote quality of life for individuals, families, groups and communities.
