Resumo
This article analyzes the most recent economical crisis in Spain through the international capital and the European governance logic. The “encrypted constitution” is the methodological starting point in order to set out that the economical crisis is articulated with governmentpolicies but, at the same time, it overlaps with institutions, especially with the 1978 Spanish Constitution. Similarly, the citizen movements are an example that criticism not only goes through a relevant demand but also covers the whole system, wondering who really decides the policies and depending on what interests.This has caused the 1978 Carta Magna constitutional seam to fray and the institutional arrangements decided to be now discussed from a critical perspective.
