Abstract

The principal interest of the study that one present in this paper is to evaluate the satisfaction and the acquired learning regarding an active methodology applied in the university context. To learn now to learn, the autonomous and guided learning, the results of learning, they are some of the elements in which this active methodology is concreted and implies the participation of the students in his learning process. To evaluate the satisfaction and the most significant achievement of learning as a consequence of the application of this methodology a likert scale of 5 degrees and 28 items elaborated ad hoc was administered. The sample was formed by students of the Faculty of Education, belonging to different subjects. Among the most significant results we must emphasize the high satisfaction of the students regarding the participation in his learning process, the teamwork, the exhibitions of the works in class or the participation in seminars with experts. On the other hand, a change can be verified in the role of the teacher in comparison to previous decades, on having demonstrated that the exhibitions of teacher are not the most important element to learn, but help and facilitate to his learning; it is to say, which today we would name “learn to learn”. Evidence of the satisfaction and learning perceived by the student has found by means of this active methodology in relation with other subject and methodology studied in the career.
