Zusammenfassung

I will analyze the two epithalamia Martín Miguel Navarro wrote for the two weddings of Isabel de Zúñiga, who belonged to the family of the counts of Monterrey. I will compare both compositions and analyze the genre’s topoi. I will also closely look at the hybridism occuring in these texts.
