Resum

Objetivo: estimar la prevalencia de difusión hepática en niños con NP de corta duración e identificar los factores de riesgo. Conclusiones: la disfunción hepática precoz se presenta en más del 50% de los niños con NP, siendo la GGT el marcador que se ve afectado más precozmente. La prevención de la disfunción hepática asociada a NP pasa por evitar las infecciones y reducir la duración de la NP
