Résumé
Introduction: Recurrent stridor in infants requires exhaustive and early diagnosis since in many cases urgent treatment is needed. Clinical case: A pre-term male infant of 26 weeks of gestational age at birth with multiple airway intubations presents recurrent stridor at the age between 4 and 9 months of age. Results: Subglottic cyst successfully treated with laser marsupialization in video-laryngoscopy with good clinical outcome and normal endoscopic anatomy at 6 months after procedure. Conclusion: A flexible airway endoscopy is indicated in children with recurrent stridor. Video-laryngoscopy or rigid bronchoscopy and laser marsupialization of subglottic cysts can be an effective technique in pediatric patient population.
