Resumo

The present Thesis shows a Case Study directed to know the culture of the teachers of Infant and Primary Education, with the intention to establish which are the difficulties with which we have to deal when starting up an inclusive education approach, that allows an improvement of the education, surpassing the model of traditionally selective school. The investigation has allowed us to analyze and to reflect on a series of categories, extracted of the own process of investigation, and that is centered, firstly, in the teaching staff and the weight that, in his own perceptions, has the selective perspective forehead to the inclusive intention, as well as the "necessary sociocultural glance" on the teaching staff like citizens; on the other hand what I have denominated the veil of the homogenization in the curriculum; the vision that, teachers and families, have about participation and other fundamental aspects in the process of change of a school, and finally, the influence that some actions, precise and innovating, have on the Educative Center like set.
