Abstract

We start a set of accepted theoretical approaches. Rogers, community psychology, label avoiding, considering every behaviour as adaptative to the environment in which it develops, and that we must intervene when children have problems rather than when they become a problem themselves. The paper presents a psychoeducational intervention development through the academic year 1995-1996 at the colegio publico Gregorio Marañon in the Madrid district of Lavapies. It consist of the development of a group of educative-training workshops with primary education children (mostly immigrants and with academic failure problems or maladjustment) after finishing the school regulated period (during afternoons).
