Resumo
The ease of access to new technologies and the anonymity and the ubiquity with which they could be used have led to the emergence of new offences, or new ways of perpetrating offences that already exist, in which the minor is an easy victim. The Criminal Law must act quickly and effectively in these cases to protect the child and reveal the offender. In this paper, we analyse the new "cybercrimes" in which the minor can be a victim and the major steps in the investigation in order to their discovery, as well as the personal precautionary measures to protect the child in the first moments of the investigation.
