We propose a mechanism how solution to the sovereign debt crisis that the Eurozone countries suffering under the global financial crisis. This mechanism involves a restructuring process combined with the creation of a common system of issuance of sovereign debt in the Eurozone, commonly referred to as Eurobonds. Therefore, the objective of this research is to provide analytical information necessary to understand the possible solutions to the problems of public debt.
