Abstract
From the start of the new contentious administrative appeal in cassation, an obligated change by entry into force of Organic Law 7/2015, it’s necessary to know the Supreme Court’s criteria about «appeal interest» and the recent Admission Section pronouncements about the most controversial scenarios in admission of appeal and those latest that the Jurisdictional Law presumes an objective appeal interest. I shall not refer every specific cases in the Law, but only those very latest whose interpretation has causes, at least in the beginning, more interest and a relative uncertainty
