Abstract
This article analyses the impact that globalization and technology (internet and especially social networks) are having for companies and organizations, as well as for society itself and the individuals that compose it. In this sense, the attempts of the organizations to apply an ethical, responsible and accountable management is very hampered by the current use of social networks and the implications introduced by the new information ecosystem that is generating a new language where truth and ethics are affected.
