Abstract
Nowadays current work is created with one of the most effective strategies to achieve a complete employment of specific groups. At the same time, the support or promotion of such groups is a primary support in order to achieve an inclusive society. Our contribution is to disclose a critical perspective regarding the concept labor market, focusing on specific issues regarding the employment of disadvantaged social groups and focusing in the case of persons with disabilities.
