Resum
The conflict in Libya, which took place since the fall of Colonel Gaddafi in 2011, has generated an environment of increasing internal and external chaos and disputes. The conditions of Libya, a country with a strong tribal component, power concentrated in a few large cities, empty spaces, an abundance of natural resources and a multiplicity of actors involved in the conflict, both internal and internal, may lead one to believe that this is a unrepeatable case. However, it is proposed, by way of reflection, that it is enough that the interests of the inhabitants of a country be absolutely divergent, in an increasingly tribalized and urbanized world, so that the libyan model can be repeated.
