Abstract
It is analyzed, starting from the undoubted patrimonial character of the public land patrimonies, the legal regime applicable to the contracts related to them and the necessity of complementing the provisions established in the urban planning legislation with the provisions of the patrimonial legislation. All this, with special attention to the Madrid case.
