Abstract
Sometimes after surgical removal of lower third molar, lingual nerve injury occurs, in those cases we must know to assess susch lesion in order to know the prognosis and to give answers to a patient who suffers unpleasnt clinical manifestations. Different kinds of test exist to assess the lesion degree (light touch, two-point discrmination, etc) and different kinds of trearment (waiting, medical or micro surgical treatment).
