Resum

Throughout history, many theories have been raised about management models and the different terminology associated with them. This heterogeneity of theoretical approaches and models gives us some confusion that needs to be clarified. For this, the present article makes an overview of existing management models through a qualitative exploratory methodology. Through it, we have been able to observe the development of the management models of the organizations determining that only those more flexible, the intelligent organizations, are those that will be able to adapt better to the current situation and the future uncertainty
