Abstract

Hypoxia -ischemia in newborn is a world wide disease which haven't treatment yet. this disease is danger and affect between 2-9 for each 1000 newborn.newborn. Canabis recently enter to the field of brain damage. CBD is a new drug which has proved a very effective role to protect brain against brain damage. during the thesis , we have the hypothesis that CBD administration by a dose 1mg/kg could be anti-inflammatory anti Oxidation stress. in the thesis i had 2 modles of animals which have been also underwent the HI, then we administrate the CBD in one time point to test the nueroprotective affect also to study the mechanism of action , also we tested the temporary therapeutic window of CBD
