Abstract

Political communication has a powerful field of repercussion, prolonged in time and very broad with respect to the target audience to which it is directed: urban planning. Through the city, its neighborhoods, its buildings and public spaces, its services for the community and the design of areas dedicated to the private sector, the political orienta-tion of those who run the city and choose the model is strongly transmitted of thecity that they want for their fellow citizens, that is, the model of life they want for the socie-ty for which they fight from their positions. We are talking about elected positions, therefore, it is better to say that society chooses which model of city it wants to develop and gives the power to carry it out to those who embody certain political ideas.Bou-logne-Billancourt, the welcoming city of the artists' colony that developed in the inter-war period on the outskirts of Paris, forged during the period aprofound urban renew-al whose main objective was the improvement of society.
