Zusammenfassung
This article aims to analyze what is the impact generated in the conflict in the hospital setting, in psychosocial risks and in emotions, after the health alert for Covid19. To this end, the evolution that healtd mediation has brought about for some time is reviewed, without having yet established itself as a key conflict management tool. Mediation ad training are proposed as an ideal framework, that can prevent and help overcome new crisis situations in the future.
