Abstract
The approval of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in 2015 has creaced a new action plan for all States in the world. Although this new paradigm must be praised, this articles sets out that the SGD compliance is not only a matter ot political will but instead it is also a human rights related issue, due to —as this article try to prove— behind many of these SDG underlie legal human rights obligations enshrined in outstanding international treaties legally binding tor the States.
