Abstract
In order to try to state the deep reasons for the subalternity of women, the legislative framework that has regulated the access of women to paid work in the public sphere and the adoption of measures against sexual violence has been taken as a discursive axis. Initiatives that were, are and will be recurrently failed if one takes into account that the resolution of structural problems cannot pass through partial initiatives. From this perspective, it is proposed how the sexual division of labor in relation to technology or artistic practices is determined by the patriarchal-capitalist system.
