Résumé

Experiences from the Mentor Program in Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centres are presented. The program serves to use ‘peer support’ and ‘expert by experience’ concepts as tools in the recovery process of people in psychosocial rehabilitation services. The content of the program is presented, as are subjective experiences and results. Implications for the individuals, the service providers and for values shift in organizations are discussed.
