Resumen
Se desarrolla el concepto de mediación entendido como una forma de justicia familiar cooperativa. En ella, la responsabilidad sobre las decisiones que se han de tomar tras una ruptura conyugal sigue perteneciendo a los padres, evitándose delegaciones de poder disfuncionales.
