Abstract
Critical analysis of RDL 36/2020. The option chosen by the legislator to implement the European Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, consisting of specific modifications of administrative laws without addressing the structural problems of administrative procedure, is analyzed. The abolition of controls is also questioned as an ideal mean to speed up the absorption of European funds.
