Abstract

The central concept of tourism law is undoubtedly the traveller himself. someone who decides to move, transport himself, and who historically got into trade and eventually to diplomacy. Around it revolves the whole of a traditional statute, now partly surpassed in an era of globalization in which the very concept of travel has been transformed. We look at in this article what that transformation means and its consequences.
