Abstract
The diagnosis of occupational asthma is performed in the presence of typical symptoms and spirometry to fit an obstructive pattern, you can also do other studies. The therapeutic measures to be followed by a worker affected by occupational asthma is: 1)Limit the maximum possible contact with the sensitizing agent 2) Continue the treatment for asthma control, based mainly on inhaled bronchodilators and corticosteroids.
