Résumé

Glaucoma is an optic neuropathy which leads to visual dysfunction. It is associated with ganglion cells axon loss that could be caused by different pathological processes. It is important to highlight the importance of vascular factors as a risk factor for glaucoma. The association between low ocular perfusion pressure and the higher prevalence of glaucoma has already been proven .Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) has been introduced in the vascular study of the optic nerve since the last three years. It is a non-invasive technique. Three-dimensional images can be obtained with OCT-A. These images could be of the microvascular density of the optic nerve head, as well as of the more superficial macular vascular layers that depend on the central artery of the retina, as well as the layers deeper dependent on the short ciliary arteries...
