The food and beverage manufacturing industry is always of general interest due to its function of covering essential and basic needs of the general population, but in its current context this industry is subject to new socio-demographic, technological and sustainability trends that generate new needs as well as an adaptation of procedures or even management styles. This need for adaptation should accommodate potential or real crises, which, in any case, require a professionalisation from a preventive and management point of view reinforced by a communication strategy. Therefore, this investigation is centred on detecting the factors and describing the actions that make up a crisis prevention framework in the industry in question under the title: Analysis of the Management of Communication in Crises in the Spanish Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry, from a Preventive Point of View.
