Résumé
Cenozoic deposits located in the surrounding of Honrubia-Pradales Range (southeast border of the Duero Basin), are studied in this paper in order to establish the lateral and vertical chronostratigraphic evolution of the area. With this aim, a lithostratigraphic study and a geological cartography were carried out. In addition several stratigraphic and cross sections were completed. The findings were compared and correlated with the geological units already defined in the region. This study has allowed to describe five sedimentary units, which are divided into thirteen lithofacies, corresponding each one to a different stratigraphic sequence.
