Resumen

En este trabajo se analizan los efectos que los datos poseen sobre diversos aspectos geopolíticos y geoeconómicos. La importancia que la información cuantitativa posee en la definición de un nuevo mapa geopolítico mundial es cada vez más evidente. Con el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial (IA), se espera que los datos puedan transformarse en inteligencia, conocimiento e información digitales, lo que acelerará su uso más frecuente en el dominio público, en actividades relacionadas con la información, en procesos de toma de decisiones o en operaciones militares. Por lo tanto, serán el motor de todo tipo de creación de valor
