Abstract

There are many causes of chest pain, some of which are not cardiological and are vital (especially talk of aortic dissection and pulmonary embolism), as well as other important as pneumonia or pneumothorax. Among cardiac causes in addition to coronary causes (stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction) are non-coronary causes as myocarditis or pericarditis. Speaking of anginal chest pain must differentiate between what belongs to the stable angina unstable corresponding to the protocol to provide diagnosis and optimal treatment for each case.
