Time writes with signs on our cities, as they would be texts. Not only the memory of past trough visions of monuments, but the negociation of sense in every name and action, and even the whole process of simbolization, may be described by a scientific gaze. So, two are the objectives of this research. The first one, aims to find the different dispositives and actors which exist inside the south-western area of a complex city as Seville is; that one where in 1929 the Iberoamerican Exhibition took place, and where, today, we can find different suburbs and a public park, which is a point of touristic interest. On the other hand, on this paper we may deal with Semiotics, to check its theory and methodology, to use its tools to analyze the city as a significant system.
