Résumé
Case report: Cellular neurothekeoma is a distinctive subtype of neurothekeoma with an undetermined histopathogenesis. We report a very rare case of bulbar conjunctiva cellular neurothekeoma in a 23-year-old woman. Discussion: Neurothekeoma or nerve sheath myxoma is a rare benign tumor, which arises during childhood, and early adult life. It mainly locates in the upper portion of the body (head, neck and upper limbs). As far as we know, this is the first case report of cellular neurothekeoma in this location. Excissional biopsy is necessary to make the differential diagnosis from other cystic and malignant pathologies of the conjunctiva.
