Résumé

In this study we analyzed the empirical relationship among the styles of solution of interpersonal problems and the burnout syndrome in a sample of job coaches and therapists of adults with autism who participated in a supported employment program. The questionnaires of Maslach Burnout Inventory (Maslach & Jakson, 1997) and the Social Problem-Solving Inventory-Revised (D'Zurilla, Nezu & Maydeu, 1996) were applied. The results indicated that emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are related with negative styles of problem solving. However, the styles of problem solving are not related with personal accomplishment.
