Abstract
Ofuji's papuloeritroderma (PO) is an itchy-erythematous-papular eruption that characteristically respects large body folds ("hammock sign"). A 37-year-old woman had discreetly infiltrated plaques on the trunk and root of limbs, without involvement of the large skin folds. The skin biopsy showed the presence of parakeratosis and some foci of spongiosis, along with a lymphocytic and eosinophilic inflammatory infiltrate. Corticoid treatment was initiated with good clinical outcome.
